"One Plus One is an example of how we can be more effective and efficient in how we deliver services to the people of Baltimore." The new legislation amends the City Code to allow DPW to implement the "One Plus llection will be unlimited. Also beginning July 14, DPW will change its trash collection schedule from a six-day operation to a four-day, 10-hour work week. Waste and recycling collections will take place from Tuesday through Friday with Saturday being an automatic make up day for missed holiday collections. Citizens will be able to put out their trash and recyclables between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the night before collections.
