American Asks Customers to Weigh In On Food-for-Sale Offerings FORT WORTH, Texas - American Airlines wants to know what pleases the appetites of its Economy Class travelers, so beginning today the airline is conducting buy-on-board food tests of new breakfast, lunch and snack items on domestic flights. "American Airlines consistently asks our customers about what they prefer, and we enhance our food-for-sale program accordingly," said John Tiliacos, American's Managing Director - Onboard Products. "We are committed to providing the products and services our customers value." Throughout April, American will conduct three tests of buy-on-board food options.
