... 17/07/2008Press release EnusaEnusa informed on July 15th to the Australian company Berkeley Resources that it had been temporarily awarded the Collaboration Agreement.For the award to be final, the project submitted by Berkeley must guarantee a number of technical-financial and environmental requirements.The agreement between Enusa and Berkeley, once it is final, shall entail the creation of a Consortium on the mining domain in benefit of the State, once the Council of Ministers has given its approval.On July 15th, 2008, Enusa Industrias Avanzadas, S.A. notified to Berkeley Resources LTD that, after assessing the bids submitted by a number of companies, it had won the Interim Award of the Collaboration Agreement in the mining domain and other assets which Enusa owns in the province of Salamanca.
