... 20 Mar 08 Cadbury Schweppes announces that Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (DPSG) has filed a revised and updated version of its Form 10 Registration Statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed demerger by Cadbury Schweppes of its Americas Beverages business. DPSG will own Americas Beverages following the demerger and is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The revised Form 10 is the fourth filing by DPSG, including its initial filing on 13 November, 2007. In addition to information disclosed in DPSG's three earlier filings, this revised version of the Form 10 includes DPSG's financial statements for the 2007 financial year under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP) and further information on the business and strategy and Board of DPSG.
