... Berne. The Board of Directors of RUAG Holding AG has appointed Dr. Lukas Braunschweiler as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RUAG Holding AG, effective 1 June 2009. The 52-year old Swiss national has international experience as a CEO, and will be the successor to Toni J.
