BILLY BOB THORNTON AND THE BOXMASTERS TO HOST Posted: 10/9/2008 NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 9, 2008 - Dobro virtuoso Jerry Douglas has been added to the all-star line-up of performers at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum's second annual All for the Hall New York benefit at the Nokia Theatre in Times Square on Wednesday, October 15. He joins musical performers including Larry Campbell, Rodney Crowell, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris and Levon Helm. The benefit will be presented as an old-fashioned "guitar pull," featuring songs, stories, unique musical collaborations and memories. Hosting the special evening will be Billy Bob Thornton and his band, the Boxmasters, who will kick off the evening with a full-band performance.
