The upgrade was delivered by a joint team from DISH Network and Amdocs. Amdocs will provide ongoing product support and maintenance. Part of the Amdocs CES customer management offering, the new version of Amdocs Logistics is enabling DISH Network to improve logging and resolution of service calls related to its receivers and other customer-premise equipment, and to manage equipment repair processes more effectively.
