Hoagland has joined the firm as a Vice President. She will be based out of Hill's Chicago, Illinois office. Hoagland has extensive experience managing major capital programs with a strong background in transportation, infrastructure and educational facilities. Prior to joining Hill, she was an Associate Vice President at HNTB Corp. where she was a principal on several major capital programs. Prior to that, she was a Senior Program Director with Earth Tech Inc. where she was involved in major infrastructure and K-12 educational programs.
