... 04 June 2008 - h 19.30 With reference to the mutually agreed termination of relations with Chief Operating Officer Rodolfo Danielli, who has accompanied the Group in its expansion since October 1999, the Italcementi Board of Directors today named Giovanni Battista Ferrario as the company Chief Operating Officer, to take office as from Monday June 9. The Board of Directors thanked Rodolfo Danielli who, in his role as Chief Operating Officer, has provided a valuable professional contribution to the important results achieved by the Group in the last few years. Giovanni Battista Ferrario holds a degree in Economics & Commerce from Milan's Bocconi University.
