The mascot for the 2010 FIVB Men's World Championship Lausanne, October 13, 2008 – The mascot for the 2010 FIVB Men’s World Championship was unveiled Friday evening at the Palazzo delle Esposizoni in Rome. The mascot is a blue swallow with the number 10 printed on its breast. Volleyball fans are invited to vote online to decide on the name of the mascot. The choices are Fly, Gamp, Italo, Mimmo and Volly. Fans can register their vote now at the official 2010 Men’s World Championship website (www.volley2010.com).
